No Lighthouse employee or client will be subjected to discrimination or be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of any program or activity run by the Lighthouse organization based on discriminatory practices. Lighthouse is committed to creating a workplace and service environment that is free from discrimination, including ancestry, race, color, religion, national origin, status as a veteran, gender or gender identity, sex, age, sexual orientation, national origin, political affiliation, marital status, disability, income, height, weight, or any other basis prohibited by law. Lighthouse MI respects the privacy of our clients, donors, partners, and volunteers. Lighthouse does not share personal information with outside parties \u2013 all information is for internal use only.<\/span><\/p>
